The Fleet Requisitions Department has been restructured in an attempt to improve response times by making sure communications from commanders out in the field are sent directly to the team responsible for dealing with them.

As I'm sure you understand, to allow the Requisition teams to better progress queries and orders it is very important that requests are received only from the commanders to which they have been assigned. Regrettably, this means it is not possible for us to forward your request directly on to the appropriate team.
